We believe it is maintaining a balance within one’s body so it is capable of fighting off disease through the proper amount of exercise, a nutritious diet, a smart supplement program, and a healthy mental attitude. About Friends in Natural Health… Our story is simple. After experiencing a devastating illness, we were led to find caring natural health professionals, willing to take the time to improve our lives by getting to know us, giving hope instead of telling us this is as good as it gets. Once we started researching the environmental influences affecting our own health, we started looking for others noticing the same correlation. It is this group of professionals we have chosen to follow on the path to health. We now believe that we will be able to help others help themselves on their journey to wellness, and learn how they and their families, can take charge of their own bodies by connecting with gifted, dedicated professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
